Job Title: Architectural Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with Architectural Expertise to join our team as an Architectural Designer. This role requires a professional who can seamlessly integrate interior design and architectural solutions to deliver comprehensive project outcomes. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing designs that blend aesthetic appeal with functional excellence.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design and Planning:
Develop and present design concepts based on client needs and preferences.
Draft architectural and interior design plans using industry-standard software.
Prepare material specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
Develop architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models.
Project Execution:
Oversee the implementation of designs to ensure they align with project goals.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors to source materials and ensure timely delivery.
Address challenges and recommend solutions during project execution.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Client Engagement:
Conduct meetings to gather client requirements and present design proposals.
Provide progress updates and address feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Compliance and Quality:
Ensure designs adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of work.
Innovation and Research:
Stay informed on new materials, technologies, and trends in the industry.
Integrate innovative solutions into designs to enhance functionality and aesthetics.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven experience in both interior design and architectural work.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Lumion, Archicad, Revit, or similar tools.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Strong technical drafting and visualization skills.
Effective communication and client management.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
