Job Description
The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager – LE Segment Management within the Enterprise Business Division. They will be responsible for developing and refining B2B value management use cases, automating CVM journeys, building and implementing analytics models, and collaborating across departments to enhance the enterprise customer experience. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical and communication skills who can support both campaign execution and business decision-making processes.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and refine value management use cases for B2B customers
Digitize and automate the customer value management journey
Collaborate with BI and other departments to build advanced analytics models
Create systems for performance tracking and automated reporting
Analyze campaign needs and implement data-driven solutions
Compile customer insights, research, and competitive analysis for CVM briefs
Develop CVM strategies and present operational plans
Recommend services that align with customer needs
Liaise with Enterprise Business Sales to deliver initiatives such as acquisition, retention, and education
Improve customer experience and contribute to MTN’s Net Promoter Score

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
3–7 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or account management
At least 3 years focused on enterprise customer value management
Strong analytical capabilities, including building and interpreting models (propensity, segmentation, recommendation engines)
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and effectively
Strong communication and project management skills
Competencies:
Self-starter with a high level of motivation
Comfortable with minimal supervision
Ability to work across teams
Result-oriented and performance-driven
