Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

Identifying maintenance risks on equipment and provide technical advice and guidance on correct equipment replacement parts, rating and type to be procured for or installed.

Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems, performs regularly scheduled preventive maintenance check.

Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.

Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Providing technical direction and on-the-job training and share technical Skills to other Technicians of the company.

Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions, completes required maintenance and makes recommendation for repairs, replacement or disposal of equipment under area of responsibility.

Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.

Assisting with customers' queries and ensuring they are handled in a Timely manner.
