Job Title: Agency Manager, Gulu

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for growth of Sales from the assigned Agency Office(s).
Responsible for recruitment of Agents, Unit Managers and their training.
Lead sales operations within the agency office allocated.
Plan performance review meeting with the agents and Unit Manager.
Conduct market research and keep informed of the market and industrial news.
Minimize company risks by monitoring the operations of the agency.
Create and maintain cordial relationship with clients, and agents.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
An undergraduate degree from an accredited university in any field.
Relevant Sales, Marketing, insurance and life insurance related knowledge.
Holder of a professional qualification (COP, Cll or equivalent).
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and packages
Relevant Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a financial sector or a Life Insurance company.
Key Competencies
Demonstrate ability to lead the agency sales teams in the agency.
Demonstrate abilities to increase sales performance in the agency
Listening skills
Verbal communication
Attention to detail.
Good Interpersonal relationships
