Job Description

The Administrator will play a key role in managing and streamlining the administrative processes within the organization. This includes coordinating with other departments, maintaining records, managing office supplies and equipment, assisting with budget planning and monitoring, preparing reports and presentations, implementing office procedures, and handling basic HR functions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in administrative roles, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily administrative operations.

  • Coordinate with departments to ensure effective communication and workflow.

  • Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and files in line with company policies.

  • Assist in planning budgets and managing expenses.

  • Ensure adequate office supplies and proper functioning of equipment.

  • Prepare reports, data analyses, and presentations for management.

  • Implement and monitor compliance with office policies and procedures.

  • Handle basic HR functions, including attendance tracking and onboarding of new employees.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Knowledge of inventory and budget management.

  • Familiarity with document management systems and basic HR functions.

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
