System Maintenance and Monitoring
Installing and Configuring Software and Hardware: Set up new systems, install software updates, and ensure all hardware is functioning correctly.
Monitoring System Performance: Regularly check server health, system logs, and performance metrics to ensure optimal functioning.
Backup and Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions, and ensure data integrity and availability. Develop and test disaster recovery plans.
Security Management
Implementing Security Measures: Configure firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus software. Regularly update security patches.
User Access Management: Create, manage, and remove user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels and security policies.
Incident Response: Respond to and resolve security breaches, system failures, and other critical issues.
Network Management
Network Configuration: Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless networks.
Troubleshooting Network Issues: Diagnose and resolve network problems, ensuring minimal downtime.
VPN Management: Configure and manage virtual private networks (VPNs) for secure remote access.

A Business degree in Business Administration, IT and any other Business-Related course.
MBA/Post Graduate degree will be an added advantage.
Proficient with Big data analytics, MS Office application especially Excel and Power Point
Experience:
Manager track record of 7 years or more; with at least 4 years in Telecommunication industry.
At least 4-5 years’ experience in Retail/Channel Development, Business analysis, and product evaluation
Prior experience in marketing analytics for telecommunications or FMCG is desirable.
