Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant (TSR Intern), you will assist in managing technical support requests and incidents, contribute to system management tasks, and provide customer-focused IT support. You will work closely with the Global Service Center, senior TSRs, and managers to resolve tickets and support end-users. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate IT asset inventories and participating in continual learning and IT improvement initiatives.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer support incidents and service requests.
Provide timely updates to customers and set realistic expectations for issue resolution.
Escalate complex issues requiring advanced access or skills.
Follow up with customers post-resolution to confirm satisfaction and address any gaps.
Provide simple IT training to users when needed.
Perform basic system management and routine security tasks.
Maintain accurate records of Area IT Assets using the organization’s tracking system.
Actively engage in continual learning and personal development within the IT domain.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Must be worthy of a Temple Recommend.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Communication Technology, Computer Science, Software & Hardware Engineering, or related field.
Relevant IT certifications are an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, hardware, virtualization, end-user apps, networks, and video conferencing tools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, particularly when supporting Church authorities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
