Job Description

We are a unique establishment offering comfortable lodging and therapeutic services under
one roof, is seeking a highly motivated Administration Assistant to join our team.
This position is for candidates residing in Bweyale and surrounding areas. To ensure a
smooth onboarding process, we prefer applicants from Bwebajja, Kitende, Kawuku, Kassajja, or
Namulanda.
About the Role:
In this dynamic role, you'll provide exceptional administrative support for both the Inn and
Therapy aspects of our business. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests and
clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales & Client Services:
Greeting and assisting incoming guests and clients for both the Inn and massage therapy services.
Answering phones, processing inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Personal Assistant:
Providing calendar management and scheduling assistance for designated
personnel.
Composing and editing various documents.
Guest Services:
Assisting in the Inn's common areas as needed, ensuring a positive guest experience.
(Optional, depending on experience) Serving refreshments to guests.
Administrative Support:
Overseeing and assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
Degree or diploma in Hospitatlity
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and clients of diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A positive and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry.
