Job Description
The Accounting & Tax Advisory Associate will be responsible for delivering top-tier advisory services in accounting, taxation, and compliance. This role involves conducting financial document reviews, providing strategic advice to clients, and staying informed on tax legislation and industry developments. The successful candidate will also participate in client meetings, support tax return preparation, and contribute to the development of new advisory services.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on accounting, taxation, and compliance matters.
Assist clients in developing and implementing effective financial strategies.
Conduct detailed reviews of financial documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
Prepare and present reports, findings, and strategic recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tax law updates, and compliance changes.
Assist in the accurate preparation and submission of tax returns.
Participate in client meetings to understand needs and foster strong relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and innovate solutions.
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least Level II of CPA or ACCA certification (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting, taxation, or compliance advisory, preferably within an audit firm.
Strong understanding of tax legislation and compliance regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proactive problem-solving mindset and client-focused approach.
