Job Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, acting as a bridge between the client and internal delivery teams. The role includes identifying client needs, ensuring timely task completion, maintaining client records, and contributing to business development. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, with specific experience in B2B SaaS, paid media, and managing USA-based clients. Proficiency in tools like Zoho, Salesforce, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday is essential. This position offers flexible, 100% remote work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented agency environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Act as liaison between clients and the delivery team
Maintain an in-depth understanding of client products, business goals, and strategies
Keep accurate and up-to-date client records, meeting minutes, invoicing, and contracts
Develop familiarity with the company’s offerings to upsell and cross-sell effectively
Document and optimize account management processes
Monitor client tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time
Present delivery team progress reports to clients
Participate in internal meetings to discuss client strategy and business development

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
6+ years of experience in marketing
4+ years in account management, including:
1+ year managing B2B SaaS clients
1+ year working with USA-based clients
1+ year using cloud-based tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Asana, etc.
2+ years experience with Paid Social and Paid Media campaigns
Proven experience managing multiple clients across various industries
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail
Strong work ethic and proactive mindset
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
