Job Description

The Enterprise Account Executive plays a crucial role in Arctic Wolf’s growth by acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients. This is a remote-based role that requires strong collaboration with internal teams including sales engineers, marketing, channel partners, and customer success. The role involves managing 10-20 enterprise opportunities per quarter, building client relationships, and ensuring sales processes are followed with a focus on delivering cybersecurity solutions.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.

  • Execute detailed sales campaigns for complex enterprise accounts.

  • Identify and prospect new enterprise clients in the assigned territory.

  • Manage multiple sales cycles and strategic opportunities concurrently.

  • Collaborate with internal lead generation teams to build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Lead internal collaboration as the main point of contact for enterprise sales opportunities.

  • Conduct weekly territory calls and maintain clear communication among internal stakeholders.

  • Master and communicate Arctic Wolf’s competitive differentiators effectively.

  • Support client onboarding in collaboration with pre-sales and customer success teams.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years of direct or channel sales experience with proven prospecting skills.

  • Proven track record of consistent sales quota achievement.

  • Experience in selling SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology services.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to manage long-term sales cycles and navigate complex deals.

  • Technological literacy with CRM and spreadsheet tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills within sales and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
