Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Specialist - Car Logbook (6 Fresher Jobs)

Duty Station: Masaka, Entebbe, Nansana, Mbale, Mukono and Kyebando, Uganda
Reports to: Customer Service – Car Logbook
We are seeking a highly customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our car logbook loan team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting client loan sessions, processing loan applications, and ensuring timely loan disbursements.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Equip clients with all necessary information regarding the loan process, terms, and conditions before agreement signing.
Assist clients in filling out loan applications and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Register client logbooks with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) and the Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) as required to ensure registration and compliance
Ensure all client documentation and logbook registrations comply with regulatory requirements.
Prepare files for loan disbursements, ensuring all necessary steps are followed and documentation is in order.
Coordinate with the credit team to ensure timely loan approvals and loan disbursements to clients.
Generate application leads for walk-in clients on the system and follow up to convert them into successful loan applications.
Identifying, assessing, and attending to customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Conduct thorough follow-up of clients at the branch level to ensure loans are closed on time and any issues are addressed promptly.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Escalate all complex customer concerns to the Branch Manager for closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on client interactions, loan applications, and disbursements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, loan applications, and disbursements.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, loan processing, or a related field. Experience in car financing or logbook loans is an advantage.
Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and resolve issues efficiently.
Attention to detail by ensuring all paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
