Job Description
The role requires proactive engagement with customers within assigned territories to promote 5G and FWA products and services. Agents will conduct product demonstrations, guide customers through the service contract process, collect KYC documents, and complete biometric registration as per Airtel's guidelines. They will also participate in trade shows, provide daily sales performance reports, monitor product merchandising, and contribute to team meetings with feedback on future buying trends and sales strategies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
Canvass assigned territories and present company products to potential customers.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Contact leads and schedule appointments to present products.
Complete customer service contracts and submit them for processing.
Attend trade shows and other industry events to promote products.
Submit daily sales reports detailing the number of sales made.
Ensure effective product merchandising in assigned areas.
Review individual sales performance and work towards achieving or surpassing targets.
Provide feedback to management on customer buying trends.
Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Mandatory Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or any related qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in telecom or with an Internet Service Provider (ISP).
