Call for Applications for Part-Time Positions
The Uganda Health Professions Assessment Board (UHPAB) invites applications from suitably qualified individuals to participate in part-time assessment-related activities. UHPAB was established by the TVET Act 2025 and operationalised by Statutory Instrument No. 25 of 2025. The Board is responsible for the assessment and certification of health professionals under Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise examination rooms to ensure compliance with regulations.
Verify candidates’ identities before and during exams.
Enforce examination protocols and report any irregularities.
Ensure a secure and fair exam environment.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or degree in any field.
Prior experience in supervising exams is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and impartiality.

Completed UHPAB Application Form in triplicate.
Updated Curriculum Vitae with current address and daytime contact details.
One recent colored passport photo attached to each form.
Certified copies of academic and professional certificates (UCE, UACE, Diploma, Degree, Postgraduate qualifications).
Valid registration certificates and practicing licenses (where applicable).
Relevant letters of appointment, confirmation, or deployment.
National ID and/or institutional identity cards.
Important Notes:
Clearly indicate the position title and reference number on the application form.
Applicants may apply for more than one position if eligible.

Original documents must be presented during interviews.
