Job Description
Electricians (5 Positions)
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Electrical Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking five experienced Electricians to join our team at our recycling facility. The primary responsibility will be to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with safety standards.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair wiring, fixtures, control devices, and related electrical components.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Install new electrical systems or modify existing ones as needed.
Ensure work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and codes.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Document all work performed and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed or certified electrician.
Proven knowledge of industrial electrical systems and tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a recycling, manufacturing, or industrial facility.
Familiarity with PLC systems and motor control centers.
