Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive (2 Fresher Jobs)
Organisation: Yalelo (U) Limited
Duty Station: Mbale and Mbarara, Uganda
The Sales Executive is responsible for creating, implementing sales strategy, identify new markets, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Creating and implementing sales strategy and identifying new markets.
Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.
Creating and maintaining client database and mail lists.
Identifying sales opportunities in key outlets.
Generating cycle activity reports (daily, weekly & monthly).
Executing any other duties as may be assigned by the line Supervisor.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in FMCG Sales.
Strong sales drive, resilience, go-getter
Strong Customer management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy and competence in MS office.
Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
Must be willing and able to meet tight deadlines and work long hours when required.
Be able to work in a multicultural environment.
The work will involve constant movements to different locations within assigned territory.
