Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Accountant (2 Jobs)
Organisation: The Salvation Army (TSA)
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare financial reports, budgets. and cash flow statements.
Process payments, track expenses and ensure accurate financial records
Assist with audits and financial reviews
Support staff in budget management and grant compliance
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence and maintaining records
Manage office supplies, budgets and reimbursement as needed
Montan the organization inventory and management of Stores

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
Three (3) years of experience in accounting for donor-funded projects.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting
