Job Description
Job Title: Market Impact Team Member- 16 positions
Organisation: Hariss International Limited
Duty Station: Mpererwe – Tula, Kampala, Uganda
Reports to: Market Impact Team Leader
Are you a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for sales? Join our growing team as a Market Impact Team member and help us drive success while building strong client relationships!
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Educate retailers on Hariss products and offers.
Encourage retailers & Stockists to sell more of Hariss products.
Recruit and register more retailers and Stockists for the assigned products of Hariss
Ensure proper merchandizing in each market such to ensure brand visibility, display and checking of short expiries
Ensure increased recommendation of Hariss products to customers by the retailers i.e. growing brand loyalty.
Collect complaints and send through to aligned supervisor or Customer care.
Be the brand ambassador of Hariss to Customers
Performs any other task as per management request.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A minimum of a Diploma in business administration or management.
A marketing certification is an added advantage
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a busy environment.
Key Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
