Job Description
Job Title:15 Sales Team Leaders – Logbook Finance Product
Employer: Platinum Credit (U) Ltd
Location: Kampala and Upcountry Branches, Uganda
Platinum Credit is seeking 15 dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Leaders to manage and grow the Logbook Finance product portfolio in assigned branches. The ideal candidates will drive sales, lead a motivated team, and ensure excellent portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive monthly portfolio growth and maintain high-quality loan performance.
Recruit, lead, and manage sales agents/loan officers according to set targets.
Implement staff retention and continuous training programs.
Monitor and support agents to meet individual sales and quality targets.
Participate in loan committee evaluations to ensure compliance with company policies.
Promote a culture of zero tolerance for fraud within the team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in line with the service charter.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of customer service and office administration.
Familiarity with credit and lending policies.
Proficient in computer and database systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
Ability to multitask, manage time, and work under pressure.
