The program presents unmatched formal training that will enhance Individual careers through provision of a rich curriculum and practical hands-on experience that will engage trainees in work that is core to the Company’s priorities.
The Graduate Trainee is an entry-level position aimed at recent graduates who are eager to develop their skills and knowledge in the chemical industry. The trainee will undergo a structured program to gain hands-on experience in various functions such as research and development (R&D), production, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or operations. The program will help the trainee build a comprehensive understanding of the chemical industry and prepare them for a full-time position within the company.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Applicants must be graduates of 2023 and 2024 from recognized universities only.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, science & technology, chemical engineering, pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences.
An upper second class or first class degree.
Must have passed with a credit in Maths and English at ‘O’ level.
Excellent communication skills and good attitude to learn.
