Job Description
The Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking travel packages, including accommodation, transportation, and other related services. The role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to promote and upsell travel packages.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel bookings and itinerary planning.
Provide accurate information regarding travel destinations, costs, and requirements.
Utilize travel booking websites and systems to arrange flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
Upsell travel packages and promote special offers to maximize revenue.
Ensure accuracy in booking, documentation, and itinerary planning.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
