Job Description
The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and executing training programs tailored to Sales Agents, Team Leaders, Regional Managers, and Call Center Agents. The role emphasizes equipping the salesforce with the necessary skills to effectively market Premier Credit’s financial products. Additionally, the Training Manager will focus on the professional growth of employees, monitor training effectiveness, and foster a positive institutional culture.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Training Programs:
Design and execute comprehensive training programs for Sales Agents, Team Leaders, Regional Managers, and Call Center Agents.
Focus on product offerings, institutional processes, organizational culture, and advanced marketing techniques.
Develop specialized training modules that address the unique learning preferences and engagement strategies for Generation Z employees.
Drive Sales Excellence:
Equip the salesforce with the skills to market Civil Servants and Log Book Financing Products effectively.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and workshops to address performance gaps.
Foster Career Growth, Staff Retention, and Wellness:
Promote a culture of continuous professional development by identifying employee growth opportunities.
Develop clear career paths to enhance motivation and retention.
Integrate wellness initiatives to boost productivity and staff well-being.
Improve staff satisfaction through targeted engagement and professional development initiatives.
Monitor and Evaluate Performance:
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
Provide actionable insights to improve both individual and team performance.
Enhance Institutional Culture and Staff Retention:
Cultivate a strong institutional culture that aligns with organizational values.
Implement strategies to improve staff retention through engagement, recognition, and career development.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to foster a supportive work environment.
Manage the Training Needs of Generation Z:
Utilize technology-driven training methods, including gamification, interactive e-learning, and social learning platforms.
Ensure training content is adaptable, personalized, and aligned with Generation Z’s professional aspirations.
Collaborate with Stakeholders:
Work closely with departmental heads to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.
Maintain seamless communication of processes and product updates across all teams.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in training, coaching, or sales management.
In-depth knowledge of sales processes and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Strong expertise in managing the training needs of Generation Z employees.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
Willingness to travel within the country.
