Job Description
We are looking for a highly creative and driven individual to take full ownership of ElevenLabs’ Instagram and TikTok accounts. Your mission will be to grow both platforms to over 100K followers by the end of 2025, with the potential to scale into the millions by 2026. This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to collaborate with top AI creators while having a substantial impact on the company's social media presence.
As a Social Media Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies to grow ElevenLabs’ presence on Instagram and TikTok. You will develop engaging content that resonates with both creator and consumer audiences, leveraging your skills in copywriting, content creation, growth hacking, and community building.
You will work alongside some of the world’s best AI creators and have the autonomy to implement innovative strategies that maximize social engagement. Your role will involve monitoring social media trends, experimenting with new formats, and delivering high-impact campaigns that elevate ElevenLabs' brand awareness and community engagement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies for Instagram and TikTok to achieve rapid growth and engagement.
Create, plan, and execute content, including copywriting, video content, and visual assets.
Collaborate with AI creators and content teams to produce innovative and engaging materials.
Conduct growth hacking and community-building activities to increase follower count and interaction.
Monitor social media metrics and analytics to optimize content performance.
Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and innovative content formats.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Maintain brand consistency and representation across all digital channels.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience scaling at least one Instagram or TikTok account to 50K+ followers.
Hands-on experience managing multiple accounts or working with different companies/creators.
Strong copywriting skills and ability to generate creative content ideas.
Experience creating or overseeing both static and video content (hands-on content creation is a plus).
Deep understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and analytics.
Highly motivated, autonomous, and driven by results.
Passion for AI and digital content with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
