Job Description
Sokoni Africa Limited is seeking an experienced and proactive Hotel Front Office Supervisor to join our team. As the Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service during their stay. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high service standards
Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure the accuracy of room assignments and oversee billing processes
Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance service delivery
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor or in a similar role within the hotel industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle stressful situations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
