Job Description
The Graduate Trainee Program at CFAO Mobility Uganda is designed to develop future leaders by offering a comprehensive rotation across all business areas. During the 24-month period, trainees will gain hands-on experience, acquire technical and soft skills, and build a solid foundation for a successful career in the mobility sector.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in a structured rotational program to gain exposure to various business functions.
Engage in on-the-job training to develop practical skills and industry knowledge.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team to achieve company objectives.
Show strong leadership potential and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to facilitate continuous learning.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Fresh university graduates aged 25 years or under.
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
0 to 2 years of post-graduation experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership potential and team spirit.
Ability to think innovatively and adapt to dynamic environments.
