Job Description
The Driver will report to the assigned supervisor and will be responsible for transporting staff and goods safely and efficiently. The Driver will also ensure that the vehicle is in good working condition and properly maintained. The role requires adherence to traffic laws and safety regulations, as well as the timely reporting of any vehicle issues.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Safely drive authorized personnel and goods to specified destinations.
Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness.
Maintain accurate vehicle logs, including mileage and fuel records.
Report mechanical problems to the supervisor and arrange for repairs as needed.
Ensure the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle.
Comply with traffic regulations and organizational policies.
Assist in loading and unloading items when required.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A valid driving permit with classes B, CM, and DL.
At least two years of driving experience in a reputable organization.
Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
High level of integrity, punctuality, and discipline.
Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
