Job Description
The Civil Works Supervisor is responsible for supervising pole planting and cable hauling activities to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and according to technical specifications. The supervisor will collaborate with other teams to streamline the installation process, monitor progress, enforce safety regulations, and maintain quality control. Additionally, the supervisor will provide on-site leadership to resolve issues and ensure that the daily target of 40 installations is consistently achieved.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise the daily activities of pole planting and cable hauling teams.
Ensure work is completed quickly, safely, and according to specifications.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth installation processes.
Monitor work progress, enforce safety regulations, and ensure quality control.
Provide on-site leadership to resolve issues and support team success.
Ensure the daily target of 40 installations is consistently met.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in civil works, particularly in pole setting and cable installation.
Strong leadership and field operations experience.
Proven ability to manage teams and perform well under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
