As the Logistics Manager in Kampala, you will be the focal point for logistics, procurement, and security functions within ZOA Uganda.

The Education Advisor is the technical lead in the area of Education in Emergencies and basic education, and ensures quality implementation and donor compliance of ZOA Uganda’s education projects.

The Land Rights Advisor is the technical lead in the area of Land Rights for the country programme, and contributes to quality implementation, monitoring and donor compliance

The Land Rights Officer is responsible to support the delivery of trainings at district and sub county level, in order to build capacity on customary land registration processes, in close cooperation with Master Trainers.

Coordinator will work closely with Partners to ensure exhaustive financial reporting in compliance with donor and ZOA policies and procedures.

Responsible for all ZOA activities within West Nile region, but with scope to work in the wider region;

Implement project activities in relation to the project document to achieve optimal project outputs and outcomes in line with ZOA/donor procedures and targets;

Supports procurement of goods/services/works according to ZOA procurement guidelines

Developing, writing, and editing communications and marketing materials (blog posts, social media content, press releases, speeches)

Participate in the evaluation of proposal bids and selection of individual consultants and firms for consultancy assignments.

Upon receipt of a complaint or feedback, ensure that it is correctly documented following correct reporting procedures;

Sensitize all stakeholders (beneficiaries, service providers, partners, government and other) on feedback and complaint mechanisms implemented by ZOA Uganda
