Developing relationships with external contacts such as auditors, Uganda Revenue Authority & Customs.

Support project progress by understanding the project scope, planning key milestones,

Contacting client and organizing trackers’ service and/or replacement for the bikes whose trackers are malfunctioning.

The Verification Officer is responsible for assessing data accuracy on approved client loans and to ensure inaccurate elements are flagged and re-assessed for correction or amendment

Provide initial training and support for operating teams until they are self-sufficient

Cooperating with other departments / line-managers to develop detailed customer care plans for all existing and future products.

Representing Watu Credit Ltd and implementing the Company’s Customer Care plan within the assigned mandate.

Petty cash expense supporting documentation management for all branches

Providing pro-active, accurate, detailed and comprehensive product presentation in respect of the Client’s inquiry.

Complete minor body repairs such as changing oil, replacing spark plugs removing dents from fenders for bikes ready for sale

Implement and utilize metrics and analytics tools to measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Review and process petty cash reimbursement requests, ensuring they are properly authorized and supported by receipts.
