You will Work closely with the asset recovery teams to ensure that data is captured, updated, and reported promptly.

As a Senior Customer Relations Officer at Watu Shule, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and enrolled students as well as the team supervisor.

As a Training Instructor at Watu Credit under Watu Shule, your primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive training to students

The Verification Officer is responsible for assessing data accuracy on approved client loans and to ensure inaccurate elements are flagged and re-assessed for correction or amendment

Developing relationships with external contacts such as auditors, Uganda Revenue Authority & Customs.
