the Customer Service and Admin Officer is responsible for performing the duties and tasks as outlined below.

This role will focus on ensuring sustainable operation and maintenance as well as extension of distribution points in communities where safe water projects are implemented by Water Mission.

The Utility Engineer – is responsible for performing the duties and tasks as outlined below.

Responsible for overall operations, maintenance, and improvement of water service delivery schemes in Luuka District.

Coordinating with the water system operators to ensure the proper and timely supply of safe water to the communities.

Prompt and accurate providing of timesheets, motorcycle and equipment logs, cash advance requests, and receipts.

Review staff requests and accountabilities for accuracy and completeness before forwarding them for payment.

Participate actively in enforcing data and report quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement measures for all field program interventions.

Maintain a strong Christian witness and model servant leadership to colleagues, partners, the communities we serve, and the public.

Engage and participate in prayer before and after team meetings.
