The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will support the design and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation and research activities of the assigned Project.

Develop the budget proposal and provide all other inputs, in line with tender dossier in collaboration with VSO team.

Develop and distribute educational resources, including lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools.

Assist in the creation of policies and guidelines for the effective use of educational technology.

Produce engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and press releases.

Provide ongoing mentorship and support to teacher trainees during their training period and early career stages.

Collaborate with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to support the educational needs of students.

Engage with local communities to understand their livelihoods, economic challenges, and opportunities

Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, donors, and partners to communicate impact and ensure accountability.

Support disability assessments in close collaboration with implementing partners, recommend assistive devises to aid training outcomes for persons with disability.
