VIG is a registered international development and humanitarian consultancy group led by women and minority groups who have lived experience of living in conflict, post-conflict, and fragile states. Our focus is squarely on promoting a feminist, socially inclusive, and intersectional agenda worldwide, with our primary mission being to address gender and social disparities, as well as intergenerational poverty. With specialisation in conflict analysis and peacebuilding, our team is comprised of highly skilled and experienced peacebuilding experts and practitioners who have expertise in working with communities affected by violent conflicts and extremism in fragile states.
