The purpose of UHA is to support the Government of Uganda’s (GOU’s) efforts to increase the survival and well-being of vulnerable populations and improve overall health system resilience in seven priority regions.

Improve the functionality of the QI committees and teams at the regional, district and health facility levels to use data to improve healthcare outcomes.

Work with Monitoring and Evaluation team to perform random checks for all field activities including training and mentorship as well as checks of service delivery data for all technical areas;

Review all the project generated vouchers in FMT to identify any potential exceptions.

To support and participate in data entry, extraction, and report generation.

The Locum Driver will perform the operations, maintenance, and management of project vehicles, including routine maintenance, as well as providing transportation for project activities for all staff.

The M&E Advisor is responsible for providing technical support to USAID UHA technical teams and district teams in establishing & maintaining a robust and functional Monitoring & Evaluation System

Catch up the review of the vouchers for some Uganda projects and address all the voucher exceptions.

Responsible for providing technical leadership to accelerate the institutionalization of quality improvement for Family Health interventions at the national and sub-national levels.

Develop the regional QI work plans and budget and track its implementation working in collaboration with Regional QI committee.
