Prepare and process timely and accurate staff salaries/benefits to enhance staff motivation, well-being, and productivity.

Conduct corporate research in order to inform tax administration and policy initiatives.

To file and serve all court documents and correspondences in the Litigation Division. To follow up on the status of Court matters at Court and provide updates to the line manager.

Develop and implement quality management frameworks and guidance to enhance the department’s overall efficiency and reliability in line with the ISO 9001;2015 Quality Management System(QMS)

Identify and analyze tax risk management needs to provide management with risk-focus areas

Conduct data collection and analysis to identify risky prone areas generate intelligence reports for investigation and facilitate decision-making

Implement strategies geared towards minimizing Revenue leakages in the natural resources sector and enhancing voluntary compliance with Tax laws, policies and regulations

Execute investigations through obtaining, maintaining and communicating evidence obtained through reports to facilitate further management of cases to enhance compliance in the organization.

Implement and Execute Tax Academy Programs required to enhance professional tax knowledge in line with the Academy’s Strategic Agenda, Policy, and any other relevant frameworks.

To provide legal advice and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders and participate in the amendment of URA policies and tax laws to streamline the flow of URA business

Prepare cost estimates to define the optimal quantity and price of the materials being used in construction.

Monitor the maintenance of assigned URA vehicles and transport official passengers and items to support business operations in the Authority.
