Review and identifying gaps in the current Insolvency legislation.

Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing an organization’s IT audit programs taking into consideration its risk assessments.

Receives and processes applications for the registration of companies and business names.

Identifies office requirements and brings them to the attention of the Manager Administrative Officer for action

Prepares contracts, develops and implements systems for monitoring and evaluating suppliers’ performance.

Provide first-level support to users for IT-related problems, record all incidents and follow them up to resolution.

Conducts field investigations into any reported or suspected improprieties and obtains further evidence.

Executes tactical visual graphics work initiatives across various channels – TV, web, social, e-mail, in-store, etc.

Ensure business process re-engineering efforts align with the organization’s strategic objectives and long-term goals.

Guide client on how to create accounts and submit their applications onto the online Business Registration System (OBRS)

Ensure IP awareness creation amongst all stakeholders and participate in awareness engagements relating to the different aspects of IP.
