To execute all frontline activities for GIS and automated mapping/facilities management (am/fm) including conducting acquisition and preparation of GIS data

To facilitate decision making through provision of relevant information to senior management of UNOC such as timely management accounting reports, data on business performance

To provide technical support for timely implementation of procurement processes as per the procurement plan in accordance with the relevant legal framework to enable timely acquisition of goods and services.

To act as the first point of contact for UNOC’S head office visitors by coordinating the front desk activities, including distributing correspondence, and redirecting phone calls.

To provide day to day technical supervision to UNOC project works, ensuring that electrical works are in line with standards and the plan while adhering to QHSSE standards in the oil and gas sector.

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, managers, and end-users, to gather and document business requirements.

Conduct environmental impact assessments and ensure projects meet environmental standards.

Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and board members.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team is using the most current methods and tools.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, community groups, and industry associations.

Conduct regular emergency drills and ensure that all employees are familiar with emergency protocols.
