The Project Coordinator will lead the successful planning, execution, and completion of the Digital Conformity Stamps (DCS) Project.

The Project Officers will assist in implementing project activities and provide administrative and operational support.

You will Develop and monitor the implementation of finance and accounting annual and monthly plans in line with the DTS/DCS MOU

You will Facilitate communication between DCS project teams, stakeholders, and other Departments and ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.

You will Analyze existing DCM processes within the Certification, Imports Inspection, and Market Surveillance Departments with the aim of identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the DCM workflow.

You will Implement strategies for the deployment of digital conformity stamps and ensure seamless integration with product traceability systems.

The Standards Officers will mainly provide standardization activities to UNBS stakeholders

You will Establish and implement proper records creation, storage, use, and preservation and disposal management system.

The Diver will Drive the UNBS vehicles as directed and ensure their safety.

You will Prepare and submit regular and timely financial reports on the Bureau’s revenue and expenditure in line with financial guidelines to guide management in decision making.

You will Receive samples and prepare them for analysis as they come from sample reception according to Standard Operating Procedures

To provide strategic leadership and management, risk assurance and high-level oversight in the implementation of UNBS mission.
