To assist the Store keeper in providing outstanding internal and external customer service, stock management,

Gather and analyze data related to financial transactions, operational processes, and compliance with regulations.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to SCADA systems, including software bugs, hardware failures, or communication problems.

Respond to electrical outages and emergencies, assisting in troubleshooting and repairing faults as directed by senior linesmen.

Assist in preparing audit reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

Maintain and implement safe power system Operating Regulations to ensure the safety of all persons, safe guard electrical apparatus from damage and continuity of supply to customers.

Ensure availability and viability of backup power supply facilities for Control Center e.g., generator and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units.

To provide legal services to the company in accordance with the governing laws, company rules and regulations.

Assist the machine operator and the plant attendant in meeting pole plant objectives.

To provide financial and administrative support in managing the departmental activities of maintaining accurate company financial data, an efficient payment process and document safekeeping.

To provide support to the Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Officer in ensuring that all the produced poles conform to the set specifications and are produced in accordance with the set procedures and standards.

To manage and coordinate the maintenance of all Company fleet to ensure that they are always fit for use at all times as per the company policy.
