The Technical Purchasing Control Officer reports to the materials manager and is responsible for timely purchasing of all materials/ parts/ tools that have been requisitioned for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

The Technical Inventory Control Officer will be charged with responsibilities of inventory and stock control functions that include receiving, issuing, storage, monitoring and segregation of materials/parts/tools

This position is a vital role within the Operations Control Centre (OCC) team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of flights.

You will Ensure that the annual business plans and budgets are aligned to the strategic objectives of the organization.

Responsible for Implementation and enforcement of security standards and procedures that provide safe and secure flights, baggage, cargo, catering and related operations

The Workshop Supervisor Oversees the repair and perform preventative maintenance on all company equipment as allocated by the GSE as per established standards and procedures of Uganda Airlines.

Working in conjunction with station managers and OCC to keep fuel inventory and delivery plans with operational requirements and demands.

Perform a full assessment of current PRA processes within the first three months and implement at least three industry-standard improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Participate in on-the-job training and formal training sessions across different finance units.

Driving the overall strategy for AOC operations in terms of safety, Security, ground operations, staff welfare, overall efficiency and costs.
