Ugafode Microfinance Limited (MDI)

Responsible for providing effective and efficient leadership in the management of UGAFODE customer service and key stakeholder relationships of customers, internal staff and visitors

The Legal Assistant shall support recovery unit through implementing legal action for the non-performing portfolio of UGAFODE as guided by Institutional Policies and existing Laws.

Responsible for supporting the MDI’s automation by analyzing client software requirements/needs and translating them into workable application features

The Principal Officer- Bancassurance will lead all aspects of the Bancassurance Business including but not limited to Business Growth, Revenue Assurance; Management of underwriter relationships

Deputizes the Branch Manager in cases of absence and as such perform all duties of the incumbent as approved or delegated from time to time.
