The Bancassurance Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operational processes of the Bancassurance business

Responsible for Investigating the nature of the claims where necessary and determining insurance policy coverage and reserving.

Configure the OIPA System to build features according to business requirements and accepted design protocols.

Assist with conducting and reviewing internal actuarial liability valuations for relevant insurance subsidiaries, IFRS17 valuations, analysis of profitability/surplus, calculation and analysis

Ensure provision of Actuarial Services to Old Mutual Assurance Uganda Limited by working closely with Group Functions to meet business needs.

This role trades in equity, fixed income, commodity, money and currency markets. The incumbent is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts.

To perform all major finance related day to day activities timely, and accurately and generate management accounts on a timely basis.
