Develop and manage the project management department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
Continuously assess and report monthly to management on market conditions including customer trends, competition and new opportunities
Provide strong leadership to the operations teams at the assigned branch to ensure the achievement of set targets and expense control
Provide regular project (performance) status reports and budget management updates to senior management on project status and key performance indicators.
