In this role, you will be Managing the contracting process for the Enabling Infrastructure (El) packages comprising of multiple civil works and construction services contracts

Act as primary coordinator/Superintendent for a dedicated area of the construction site: follow-up the sequence of work-fronts and liaise with the construction contractor area managers and superintendents.

Supervise, guide and train service station mechanics to achieve set sales and margin targets at the station as well as improve product knowledge.

The Customer Relations Supervisor is responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with clients/customers and addressing customer concerns.

The main objective of the role holder is to manage, coordinate and control activities of the Solar business.

Liaise with other Superintendents and Supervisors to make sure that all interfaces are managed effectively.

Assist the Fluids, Cement and Waste Supervisor (FSV) for all daily operations

Assess station profitability by following up on the contribution accounts for all network stations.

Ensure the interface with all contractors and ensure the work by Logistics Contractor is done safely and as per the scope, including on offsite locations.

Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.

Support implementation of issues & crisis communications functions for external audiences and stakeholders and Digital & social media management

Provide trainings to the RTEs, RSMs on methodologies for financial analysis, P & L analysis and all business tools.
