You will Monitor closure/implementation of FAT punch items at Site

You will Develop and implement a Factory Drilling strategy and mindset to be able to drill, complete and maintain 430 wells in the most cost effective way possible

Responsibilities include risk management assessments and ensuring compliance with local, National law, and company guidelines regarding emergency and security.

You will Control and supervise the contractors field engineering activities in compliance with the approved design, project requirements and applicable codes and standards.

You will Ensure that all HSE & Asset integrity related data & information are easily accessible to raise people awareness about actual level of risks & associated mitigations.

Lead the Technical Integrity & Process Safety Team (TIMR) team, with responsibility for personnel issues, employee recruitment and development, managing and delegating work activities

You will Share technical knowledge and HQ/aboard experience feedback to increase team members’ technical autonomy.

You will ensure Company Golden rules are known and applied at work and during daily life.

You will Support the G&G team in the well preparation process and follow-up the 24/7 drilling operations in real-time to influence the decision-making process during critical milestones

You will Provide support to diagnose and identify corrective actions related to flow assurance matters to resolve anomalies/incidents reported.

The role comprises of undertaking and managing geosciences projects to the highest standards and line management of all Geoscientists in the country.

The main role will be to provide additional support to the TEPU teams in the different departments in developing, implementing and coordinating the different activities/programs
