Ensure payments and liquidated expenses are duly documented, posted and stored in accordance with institutional financial procedures and GAAP.

Handover all project materials, including source code, hardware designs, and user manuals.

Collaborate closely with the internal team and external annotators to review and refine annotations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Accurate and timely posting of financial transactions into UBW ERP in line with ABC financial policies and procedures.

Liaise with UNCST to get Material Transfer Agreement clearance for Scientists that want to ship their samples for further analysis to different countries.

Develop routines to ensure all areas of the office premises are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.

Lead the implementation of project activities in Uganda at the target beneficiaries’ level; represent the Alliance of Bioversity and CIAT and participate fully in stakeholder meetings related to the project.
