The East Africa Regional Director (RD) oversees the design, development, and implementation of our programs in the East Africa Region.

Ensure timely completion of major M&E deliverables, regular periodic analysis of data to identify and communicate lessons-learned

Ensure that correct documentation for procurement and contracts are completed and filed to TNS procurement standards and policies.

Partner with TechnoServe Corporate Communications to create and maintain content management and collaboration engagement calendars.

Supervise the work of publishing contractors and vendors, including editors, graphic designers, printers, transcribers, translators and writers.

Promote the program and its benefits within the local communities in the program area

Drive TNS Vehicle to all approved destinations while maintaining care and safety of the passengers and the organization vehicle.
