Responsible for assigned client contract execution. From Booking to Final document Submission to Client (All documentation).

Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals and standards.

Manage the business development team and report on key metrics, successes and areas with need for improvements.

Oversee financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, planning, and treasury management.

Acquire and share knowledge by attending conferences, networking events and following industry trends both locally and internationally.

Communicate technology strategy to the board, management and key stakeholders as applicable.

Support the development of digital and print media, marketing collateral, advertisements, presentations, and promotional pieces as assigned.

Proactively develops and maintains good vendor relationships with key members of the advertising, print and media companies.

Generate monthly financial reports, including Trial Balance, Income and Expenditure statement, and Balance Sheet.

Collaborate with marketing & communications lead, content creator and graphic designers to ensure content is informative & appealing and there is brand consistency for all clients.

Maintaining contact (email/phone/WhatsApp) with Tour Operators and Direct Clients about existing bookings, making adjustments were needed.
