Encourage employees to pursue professional certifications and credentials relevant to their roles in the hotel industry.

Ensure that all beverage items in the bars – bottles, spirits, and wines, have company stickers and are stamped and that those that have faded are re-stamped.

Monitor outstanding debts in the unit guest ledgers to ensure that company policy is being followed. Report problems to the credit controller.

Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management.

Prepare cash books accurately from the source documents to show the cash position at any time and distribute reports to Management on time.
