Prepare and supervise the economical distribution of Training Materials to Trainees according to course demand.

Ensure that compliance is maintained in all engagement with officials (keeping of records of payment – transmission to the LSOC Administration Officer for integration within e-register)

Ensure that the CONTRACTOR handle the storage of the materials in term of weather control, and provision of the materials stock.

Support in all aspects of the purchase and supply of goods and services for the EACOP UG Branch as assigned.

The Quality Supervisor shall hold qualifications in the designated disciplines for which this role is engaged, e.g., Welding, Coating, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecoms etc

Identify non-compliances and provide feedback via formal process on any negative impacts and communicate these to EBFS and Kampala office.
