The job holder is primarily responsible for overseeing the adequacy and effectiveness of the governance, risk management and control systems and suggests new initiatives, controls and procedures to ensure good business practices are in place.

This staff member will provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality program adherence and implementation of the project’s vision and strategy

The COP is responsible for the overall management and representation of the activity and is ultimately accountable for the delivery of desired program results, an effective adaptive management approach

The MEAL Lead will provide technical expertise and leadership to generate and analyze quality evidence and data through monitoring, assessments, and evaluations.

The Advisor will work closely with all staff to ensure principles of Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) are recognized and acted on as core elements of RFSA programming.

The GYSI Lead will support the project to ensure that activities account for and address the different needs and inequalities experienced by individuals – women, men, boys, and girls

Lead in conducting of the gender analysis to identify gender-specific needs, barriers, and opportunities within the project target districts to be used in the development of the resulting plans and activities.

Monitor proposals pipeline and win rates, ensure that updated trackers are available for planning purposes, inform SMT.

Participate in planning efforts and ensure effective integration of climate change and adaptive programming activities.

Support youth-led organization/networks/actors and other stakeholders to develop an engagement plan for key stakeholders.

Ensure the quality of reporting data and verify those data and information from sources periodically on sample basis.

Support the Consortium partners in identifying opportunities for improving the quality and scope of the programme.
