Assists the Finance & Grants Manager in the administration and oversight of program funds in coordination with RTI and USAID guidelines

Responsible for interfacing with counterparts for the overall direction of the program in the absence of the COP.

In coordination with human resources, collects approved timesheets, ensuring their completeness and timely submission by staff.

Oversees grants management process for local organizations, including grants proposal tracking, review, and approval process.

Provide support in developing job descriptions, keeping them updated with evolving requirements, and posting job requisitions.

Perform other duties related to managing project monitoring and evaluation, learning and adaptive management.

Oversee the strategic planning and execution of program initiatives designed to increase resources and enhance the functionality of accountability institutions.

Ensure equitable benefits and representation across diverse groups, including women, marginalized communities

Provides technical leadership in the design and implementation of accountability and anti-corruption activities.

Provides technical leadership in the design and implementation of citizen engagement in accountability and anti-corruption activities.

Oversee the collection of, analysis of, and reporting on performance indicators by project staff and grantees.
